-
Certified HVAC Repairs

-
HVAC Fan Motor and Blade Lubrication
HVAC systems have multiple moving parts, including a motor, which can easily deteriorate if it’s not lubricated regularly, usually twice a year during regular check-ups. We make sure to do it 4 times a year.
-
Filter Replacement
Speedee Filters replaces your Commercial HVAC unit filters so that you can keep your energy bills low, regulate your temperature to prevent HVAC unit damage, and mitigate health concerns that arise from low quality air.
In the end, dust and debris-clogged filters limit airflow, resulting in inefficient system operation and, in some situations, equipment failure.
The easiest method for ensuring that all systems and equipment run well throughout the year is to create an HVAC filter replacement schedule.
-
HVAC Belt Replacement and Inspection
Over time, belts crack and deteriorate. Replacing the belt at the first sign of wear ensures it won't break. Otherwise, belts can break at times of high stress, meaning you will be at the mercy of extreme weather.
Our technicians ensure that your belts are running in tip-top shape and maintain the good health of your HVAC units.
-
Deep Cleaning
Being in direct contact with outdoor air and the elements means condenser coils are highly prone to the quick accumulation of dirt, debris, and grime which can result in loss of efficiency and even a potential system failure.
Meanwhile, evaporator coils are housed within the unit. This means these condensing coil counterparts are only exposed to filtered air.
Small particles can still bypass filters, and if the filters aren’t regularly changed, dirt can easily compromise evaporator coils which again can be the source of a variety of costly issues.
On top of the coils, we will clear the drain pans and drainage lines so that no clogs occur in your HVAC units.
